Our states of consciousness; waves that are emitted from our minds also have their own frequencies, each inducing a state of awareness and creative capacity. The mind and heart work together sending signals to the collective consciousness field whereby we transmit information to and from the universal field via these signals.

Electromagnetic waves are forms of energy that travel through space. This wave combination consists of an electrical field and a magnetic field vibrating perpendicular to one another. These waves make up the electromagnetic radiation spectrum that derives sound, light, x-rays, gamma rays, microwaves, and infrared waves. Chemists are interested in how these waves interact with matter, atoms, and molecules to form the elements. Energy comes in 6 forms: chemical, electrical, radiant, mechanical, thermal, and nuclear. 

Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy at its smallest level or unit, called quanta, in which these microscopic energy ‘packets’ can behave like waves or particles. It describes the nature of things at the atomic level (protons, neutrons, and electrons).

In the Hindu tradition, the primordial sound of manifest Creation is Om, and it is believed that those who tune in deeply to the frequency of the Universe hear Om resonating. Many other cultures and faiths describe life springing forth from some sort of sound vibration. Christianity describes “the Word” which existed “in the beginning.” 

Listening to music tuned to 432Hz has the deepest healing and balancing effect on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, as this frequency is said to be the primordial organizer of the entire universe. Its harmony with the speed of light, all of the celestial bodies, including the earth, and the human body suggests that it resonates with the primordial forces of the world. It holds the same sacred geometry as the structure of the ear, and electromagnetically connects the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves with the Universe.

The primordial forces of the world, of which sound is a fundamental part, are what connect people to the Universe. The intentional use of harmonious, meditative, open-hearted sound can return us to our true nature, our higher consciousness, where perfect health resides.

Sri Yantra is the symbol of cosmic perfection, so focusing on it brings harmony into your inner and outer worlds. It’s a visual symbol of a primordial sound OM. The central point, called bindu, represents unity and the transcendental source of creation. 

We’ve all experienced the range of human emotions presented here. As we elevate from fear to love, we move from contracted states of consciousness to expanded states of consciousness. The purpose of our human experience is to bring higher vibrational states of awareness into the lower vibrational states to alchemize, transform, elevate and transcend from fear to flow.
